Champagne Cornucopia Recipe
A delicious recipe for Champagne Cornucopia, with vodka, peach schnapps, Champagne, rainbow sherbert and cranberry juice. Also lists similar drink recipes.
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz peach schnapps
1 oz Champagne
2 scoops rainbow sherbert
1 oz cranberry juice
Pour the cranberry juice into a large red wine glass and set aside. Combine sherbet, vodka, and peach schnapps in a cocktail shaker. Shake until smooth. Pour over cranberry juice to product a swirl effect. Layer champagne on top. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
